Founder & Director of Athletics
Jason Allen is the visionary founder of Global Kingdom Academy, established in 2021. Drawing on his rich background as a professional NFL player and a successful entrepreneur, Jason believes that diverse life experiences and social skills are significant in molding bold leaders. At GKA Weston, Jason is responsible for ensuring that scholars train, participate in social activities, enjoy time with friends, and complete their academic requirements all before 2:00pm.
Soccer Specialist & Agility Trainer
Beymar Piraquive is a dedicated and passionate Soccer Coach specializing in Soccer and Sports Agility Training. With over 9 years of experience working with youth as a Licensed D competitive Soccer Coach under the USSF, Beymar has successfully led his teams to multiple championships. Beymar's approach combines his love for soccer with a deep desire to positively impact the lives of young people through education, sports and to honor to serve the community with the gifts that God has given him .
Lead Academic Coach
Mrs. Franquiana Piraquive, M.S. Ed is renowned for her impactful teaching and leadership, also named 2023 Miami-Dade County's Rookie Teacher of the Year. With an innate passion for education, Mrs. Piraquive furthered her academic journey at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University, graduating with honors and earning a Master of Science in Educational Studies. This advanced education has been instrumental in shaping her innovative approach to education. Her unparalleled leadership have ranged from classroom teacher, performing arts coach, to team-lead instructor and now lead academic coach, allowing her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in managing and operating a successful educational center. Mrs. Piraquive is pivotal in training other educators, and empowering her colleagues and students to achieve their highest potential through transformative strategies, and unwavering dedication. Serving God's Kingdom through education is pivotal in her role at Global Kingdom Academy.

Collette Allen, a successful entrepreneur and author, is dedicated to assisting others in discovering and developing their God-given passions. With extensive experience in nurturing young talents, she empowers them to walk confidently and express their creative gifts through business ideas, fine arts, career entrepreneurship, and being lifelong learners. Collette emphasizes that our children are missing a very important key component of prayer, ethical, and moral values in the public education system, which often does not promote individualized learning. At Global Kingdom Academy, Collette is responsible for organizing the Business Expo, Art Exhibit, and apprenticeships within the business community. She also leads community projects and identifies locations for new micro school campuses, ensuring GKA's growth and impact.

London Hines serves as the Administrator for Educational Services & Enrollment at Global Kingdom Academy. With a passion for helping families navigate their educational journey, London ensures a seamless enrollment process and supports the academic success of every student. Her dedication to fostering an environment where students can thrive academically and personally makes her an invaluable asset to our team. London is committed to upholding the mission of GKA by providing exceptional service and care to our scholars and their families.
Academic Coach
Mrs. Lisa Shawn holds a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) with a specialization in Political Science. With over 19 years of dedicated service in the Broward County school system and various faith-based private schools, she has excelled in roles as a classroom teacher and academic coach. Mrs. Shawn is recognized for her expertise in employing cooperative learning strategies to enhance students' critical thinking skills. She spearheaded an action research project aimed at improving instructional practices and worked collaboratively with faculty to evaluate and refine the curriculum. Her mission is to leverage her skills and resources to positively influence students' lives while contributing to the growth of God’s Kingdom.
Baseball Coach & Agility Trainer
Ermys Reyes is a distinguished professional baseball coach and agility trainer with extensive years of experience in the field. With a background in sports science and a passion for developing athletes, Reyes has worked with players at various levels, from high school prospects to Major League Baseball stars.
